2023 CLEAR Survey draft7

Testing irregularities are a fact of life for administering written (non-performance) examinations, regardless of the test modality. Irregularities can be minor and resolved during the exam. Or they can be major, impacting exam scoring and policy making. We are interested in the impact of major irregularities on your organization. What policies have been developed or updated as a result? How are these policies communicated to candidates?

We invite you to share your experiences as part of a survey of the testing community. Your responses will be kept completely confidential and will only be used in aggregate form. The results of this survey will be presented at CLEAR’s 2023 Annual Education Conference.

There are 23 questions on this survey. The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. We encourage you to finish the survey in one sitting. However, if you are unable to do so, you will be prompted to create a username and password to log back in to finish the survey at a later time. The survey will close on 05/21/2023.Thank you in advance for your contribution to this important research study. If you have any questions, please contact us at ptcnysurveys@ptcny.com.

If you work with multiple credentialing programs, please base your responses on your highest volume written examination program.
